In her current role as the Organizational Development Advisor, she is working on organizational development and capacity building issues related to HRH for SCM for health commodities. She holds a Master of Public Health degree from George Washington University and is an APICS Certified Supply Chain Professional. īridget is the Senior Organizational Development Advisor for Commodity Security & Logistics at USAID with USAID's Global Health Bureau in the Office of Population and Reproductive Health. He has extensive experience working with international and national stakeholders to strengthen human resource management systems to effectively develop, recruit, retain, and support the health workforce for increased access to quality health services. He has more than 20 years of experience in pharmaceutical health systems with a specialized focus on human resources development in the health supply chain context of low and middle-income countries.
